David Dinielli spearheads the SPLC’s LGBT Rights Project. Dinielli served as a special counsel in the U.S. Department of Justice’s antitrust action against the AT&T and T-Mobile merger. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Cynthia Holcomb Hall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Dinielli earned his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was the managing editor of the Michigan Law Review and elected to Order of the Coif.
