Ian Kerner is an American sex counsellor and author. Ian is regularly quoted as an expert in various media, with recent appearances on CNN, The Today Show, The Dr. Oz Show, and NPR. Kerner is Jewish.

In addition to meeting regularly with patients, Kerner lectured nationally on a variety of subjects related to sex and relationships. Some appearances include: The Organization of Women Leaders at Princeton University, human sexuality classes at Indiana University, the W Hotel's Wonderland Series, the 92nd Street Y in New York City, and Sex Week at Yale University.

Wrote an article in favor of cuckolding, quote: 'In our current political climate, the term "cuck" -- short for "cuckservative" -- has become an insult of the so-called alt-right, aimed at men they view as spineless and emasculated. The slur has its roots in the concept of cuckolding, or having an adulterous partner.
