Luciana Clare Berger (born 13 May 1981) is a British Labour Co-operative politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Liverpool Wavertree since 2010. She was appointed Shadow Minister for Public Health on 8 October 2013, before becoming Shadow Minister for Mental Health on 14 September 2015.

Berger was a National Executive Committee member of the National Union of Students. She co-convened the NUS Anti-Racism/Anti-Fascism Campaign. In April 2005, she resigned from the Executive Committee, accusing other NEC members of anti-Semitism.

Writes on her website: "I welcome the Government’s commitment to resettle 20,000 Syrian refugees in the UK over the next five years. Indeed, Britain has a long, proud history of providing sanctuary for those fleeing persecution. However, this is now the greatest refugee crisis that we have seen since the Second World War and I do not believe that the Government’s plans are anywhere near equal to the scale of this humanitarian catastrophe."
