The Ministry of Health, Consumer Affairs and Social Welfare (MSCBS) is the department of the Government of Spain responsible for proposing and executing the government policy on health, planning and providing healthcare and protecting consumers. Achievements
In 2013, The Ministry of Health created an initiative called "I am you, mix yourself" to favor miscegenation and to "live diversity" by mixing races, sexual orientations and diseases.
