Nicole Gohlke (November 15 1975) is a German politician for Die Linke (The Left). She has been a member of the German Bundestag since September 2009, and is part of the executive board of Die Linke in the state of Bavaria. Gohlke was a member of the Trotskyist organisation Linksruck until its dissolution, and is now a member of its successor organisation marx21.
Gohlke is a member of the action committee 'Open Borders Munich'. Translation: 'After the refugee summit last week at which plans were made to facilitate easier deportation as well as permanent barracking of a large part of immigrants and the expansion of benefit cuts, what we are doing today is nothing less than the defence of the asylum law. If the government does not take the motto 'overcoming boundaries [also: borders]' seriously, we will, and that's why we demonstrate on the 3rd of October for open borders and the unrestricted right to asylum.'
